"Football tourism can make Olimpia the richest club in the world" considers the abroad press

The project "Become a football star football in a moment!" held by the Moldavian football club Olimpia and Internet TV SPORTS.md attracted the press worldwide. News about the project are regularly published in many countries on diffderent continents. Hundreds of thousands of newspapers, magazines, websites and Tv channels in different languages inform their audience about the unusual project. ¶

If at the beginning of the contest the press tried just to present the bare facts, now journalists are offering their assessments.

"Football tourism can make Olimpia the richest club in the world" - this the headline of the article in the Ukrainian edition Profit-News. And indeed, if the football world starts practicing selling positions in their rosters and it becomes widespread, the lion's share of the income Olimpia will get through the use of the patent for the invention of the contest.

Perhaps the only way to glorify Olimpia abroad

We remind you that the single leader of the Moldavian football is Sheriff Tiraspol. This club has a huge budget. In order to reach the European competition, their leaders forget about the "independence" of their Transnistrian country. And Sheriff willingly plays under the flag of the Republic of Moldova and over the last two years has increased the country's UEFA ranking higher than Georgia, Hungary, Slovenia. All other representatives of this country at club level do not have any chances, other than playing the first qualifying round of the Europa League.

In such circumstances, the project held by Olimpia became almost the only way to make this club known outside Moldova's borders. Those who consider it an unsportsmanlike behavior are not right. The project is open and if the club receives the money it will definitely pay the required taxes. And the fact that it has long been happening in some clubs, but not advertised, it is not a secret for those who know football.

All Olimpia has to do right now is to get the ticket to Europa League. So far, the team from Bălţi is the fifth in the championship, and is playing the Moldova Cup semifinals. Therefore, Olimpia has chances to sell the place in its roster to a rich football "tourist".
